Expo & Packet Pick-Up
Race bib, shirt and goodie bag pick-up is at the Run for the Dream Expo. Shop for Official Race Merchandise, personalized sports and fitness apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories! Special Guest appearances and seminars are in the works for 2015.
Expo & Packet Pick-up Hours
Thursday, May 28th 4PM – 7PM
Friday, May 29th 12PM – 8PM
Saturday, May 30th 10AM – 5PM
Please make every effort to attend the Expo to pick up your race number, shirt and goodie bag! However, if you cannot attend the Expo:
- You may send someone else to pick up your packet. Please download the Packet Pick-up Authorization Form and follow the instructions.
- Race morning pick up is available as a last resort option. Please plan to arrive at the start no later than 5:30 AM to pick up your race number.
Gear Check
Gear check service will be available at the school buses located at the Start. Stow your gear in the clear gear bag provided to you and drop it off at the bus window labeled with corresponding bib number. Use the tear-off label attached to your race bib as your gear tag, and affix it with a cable tie. The buses will move to the Finish Line just prior to the race start. The service is available starting at 5:30 AM, and the buses will depart the Finish at 12:00 PM.
We will not accept any bags other than the clear bags provided by race organizers. Please do not check valuables. We are not responsible for clothing or personal items left or forgotten. All unclaimed items will be donated or discarded after the race.
Colonial Williamsburg Historic Area and Busch Gardens Tickets
The first 4,000 Run for the Dream registrants and all Wounded Warriors will receive a free single-day ticket to Colonial Williamsburg’s Historic Area. You will receive your ticket at the Expo when you pick up your bib, along with a 20% discount coupon to purchase additional tickets for friends and family!
The first 3,000 Run for the Dream registrants will receive a free single-day ticket to Busch Gardens Williamsburg. You will receive your ticket at the expo when you pick up your bib.

Post-Race Bash
Plan to join us after the race for a Post-Race Bash in the Sunken Garden at William & Mary featuring music, great food and a beer truck!
