Expo & Packet Pick-Up
Bib, shirt and swag bag pick-up is at the Run for the Dream Expo. We’ll have a great array of vendors offering sports and fitness apparel, footwear, equipment and accessories, and the Expo is free and open to the whole family!

* If you cannot make it to the Expo in person, you may check in at the registration table at Zable Stadium on race day. Please plan to arrive at least one hour prior to the start time – you’ll also get to cheer on the 8K participants who will be finishing in the stadium from 8:20–9:30AM!


Parking & Shuttle Information
Race start is 10:00 sharp! The Colonial Williamsburg transportation system will transport you for free from the Visitor Center, located at 113 Visitor Center Drive, to Merchant’s Square.  Service begins at 9:00 AM.  You may also hop on the free shuttle from the Governor’s Inn, and take it to the Merchant’s Square Bus Stop at the intersection of North Henry Street and Duke of Gloucester. From there, it is a short walk down Richmond Road to get to the Stadium.

William & Mary’s campus will be closed for parking to protect the runners, so if you plan to arrive earlier or park downtown you can try the Prince George Parking Garage at 230 North Henry Street or Colonial Williamsburg lots throughout the downtown area.

Busch Gardens Discounts
Busch Gardens is offering a 15% online-only discount on park passes for runners and their friends and family on race weekend (Friday–Sunday). You will receive the discount code with your registration confirmation.

Post-Race Bash
Plan to join us after the race for a Post-Race Bash in the Sunken Garden at William & Mary featuring live music, great food and a beer truck!

Salute to the Nation
Be sure to plan on attending Colonial Williamsburg's exciting Saturday night program, featuring live music and fireworks!  Check back for more information.

Frequently Asked Question: Can I run with my child in the Mile Run?
The Mile Run course will be lined with course marshalls and takes place entirely on closed campus roads at William & Mary. If you would like to run with your child, we just ask that you step aside at the finish line to give the younger runners the glory of the big finish!
