Fit to Run, Fit to Dream Kids Fun Run!

The Fun Run is a great chance for kids to participate in the Run for the Dream! Ages 14 and under are welcomed to participate, as we have races for various levels of athletic ability. In 2011, our youngest “runner” was just under 2 years old! Participants may choose one of the following distances:
- 100 meter sprint
- 400 meter dash – one lap around the track
- One Mile Run - one mile course exits the stadium onto William and Mary’s campus, loops around the campus and re-enters through the Olympic tunnel just like the 8K and half marathon!
The Mile Run takes place entirely on closed campus roads within William and Mary, and course marshals and police officers will be present to ensure the safety of all participants.
All participants in Fun Run races will receive a runner’s bib and special Fun Run medal!

We are expecting some VERY special friends to cheer on our youngest Dreamers! There is plenty of room for spectators at the stadium, and parents will be welcomed on the track to support young ones.
